Rosemary Villas is governed by a five-person board. Board meetings are generally held bimonthly. The association holds an annual meeting in September.

Brian Hart
President
Brian Hart serves as President of the Board. He and his wife Robin live at 6120 Tamer Court and enjoy being a part of the Rosemary Community. Brian works at Ziolkowski Construction as a Designer / Project Manager / Estimator. He has worked in the construction industry his entire career.
Valerie Kapusta
Vice President
Valerie resides at 6132 Old English Court. Valerie worked for Ayers from 1976-1995 as an Advertising and Events Coordinator. She also served as Sales Manager of women’s apparel, jewelry and cosmetics. In 1995 Valerie joined the JCP Company as a home Custom Decorator. She continued in this position until her retirement.
Terry Rensberger
Member
Terry has taught at Hamilton and Jackson in the SBCS system. He has also held various engineering and management positions in industry. Terry has been a 4-H leader and has served as president of the of the SJCPL Board. Terry serves as a mechanical and aerospace advisor and model drone test pilot at Notre Dame. He and his wife Sharon have resided in RVHA since 2012.

Shawn and her husband Shawn have live on Old English Court since 2021. She retired from Citi Group (formerly The Associates), in 2007 after 30 years in IT. Shawn enjoys gardening.

Polly Miller and husband Pat have lived on Old English Court since 2015. She retired from Memorial (Beacon) Health System after 23 years, having held a number or roles in the areas of Patient Accounting, Nursing Administration, and lastly as a software analyst in Information Systems supporting various hospital billing systems.
